This warranty pertains to any of the essential electric scooter components that are found defective provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions manual. Essential components include the  electric motor, battery, display, and controller and charger.

Electric motors : 1 year, Free replacement part.

Battery : 1 year, Free replacement part.

Controller: 1 year, Free replacement part.

Display: 1 year, Free replacement part.

Charger : 1 year, Free replacement part.

NOTICE:

Crashes, Accidents Or Water Damage Are Not Covered By The Warranty Policy.

The Warranty Only Covers Defects In Manufacturing, Not Damage From Crashes Or Water.

Battery damage caused by using anything other than original Mukuta charger does not support the warranty.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your MUKUTA has a warranty issue, your first point of contact should be your Atlantaescooters Online Store where you purchased your scooter. 

Photos or video will be required to diagnose your problem there might be a simple fix. Do not ship parts to us for warranty claims before consulting with your Mukuta dealer.
